Pune University MCA Entrance Exam
Computer Science Department of (PUCSD) Pune University aims to provide quality education in Computer Science. It also provides the facilities in research, consultancy and development programs besides MCA and MSc.
The entrance is specifically organized for admission to Full time courses conducted at Department of Computer Science University of Pune only. It reserves 50% of total intake for reserved category students from Maharashtra.
PUCSD 2011 Application Form:
Candidates can download and fill the Application Form online. After taking the print out of the form, complete it, send it to the Admissions Officer along with a demand draft of required amount. The form can also be obtained from the counter or by the post.
Application Fees (Non Refundable):
* For General Category Student - Rs 575
* For Reserved Category Student (In Maharashtra) - Rs 475
PUCSD 2011 Important Dates:
* Date of examination: 14th March 2011
* Last date of online application: 20th February 2011
PUCSD 2011 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should be an Indian citizen and should have a Bachelor degree with Maths at 10+2 level or Maths/Statistics at Graduation level or BSc in Computer Science. The students of final year graduation can also apply. There is no age limit to apply for MCA Entrance exam.
Syllabus for Entrance Examination:
The entrance exam will be of multiple choice (objective type) questions and covers the areas of Mathematics, General Aptitude and English language.
